Cedar Park’s Bell District
Another engagement with long-time clients RedLeaf Properties
Asterisk has been retained by RedLeaf Properties to handle signage, wayfinding, and placemaking for The Bell District, a new 50-acre mixed-use development along Bell Avenue in Cedar Park. Home to the new Cedar Park Public Library by Lake | Flato and with sixteen acres of greenspace with a playground by Monstrum, the district will deliver townhomes, multifamily residential, retail, and office space to the area beginning in late 2024. This is our second project with RedLeaf, building upon our work on their Highland redevelopment project.
