Perch Denton wins 2024 MHN Excellence Award

We are excited to share that Perch Denton has been honored with a Multi-Housing News (MHN) Excellence Award for Design and Development in Single-Family Rentals. The award, presented at a ceremony in New York, celebrates exceptional achievements across the multifamily industry.

The recognition highlights the longstanding collaboration between our team and Good + West, clients and friends for over a decade. Asterisk led the naming, branding, and signage for the project’s debut location in north Texas. The next two Perch locations — Fort Worth and Austin — are in development.
