Phase Two of Oracle’s Austin Waterfront
Asterisk builds upon an award-winning relationship
We’re delighted to continue our engagement with Oracle’s N. America Real Estate & Facilities team for the second phase of development at their Waterfront campus on the south shore of Austin’s Lady Bird Lake. The new office tower will expand from the ground floor central lobby of the Phase One structure, already home to around 2,000 employees.
The Phase Two creative team conveys from the first with architecture and interiors by STG Design and landscaping by TBG Partners. Asterisk’s scope includes interior, exterior, and garage signage and wayfinding, plus an extensive collection of custom graphics and wall installations that celebrate all there is to enjoy about the Lone Star state and encourage employees to engage with one another — beyond screens — in their workspace. The project is anticipated to be completed mid 2020.
