Maywood

Asterisk has been selected to lead naming, brand development, and signage and wayfinding for Maywood, a new multi-family community in Northwest Hills, Austin. 

The five-story project will include 325 residential units and ground-floor retail, along with a range of resident-focused amenities: co-working spaces, a fitness center, a restaurant patio shaded by a heritage oak, a resort-style pool, and a sky lounge with city views. Expected completion date is mid-2027.
