For the development firm Good + West, we developed naming and messaging, a flexible brand identity, a website, and a signage and wayfinding program for the first location of their new single family rental brand located in the DFW area.

Perch was created for people ready to take a step up from traditional apartment living — all without giving up the refined architecture, Instagram- ready finishes, and lifestyle-enhancing features you'd find in new apartments. Each community will feature exquisitely designed rental homes in sizes ranging from one to three bedrooms, each with its own fenced yard and no upstairs neighbors.
