Research Park Plaza I & II

Modernizing a suburban office project

In conjunction with an interior and landscaping renovation for a pair of 90s suburban office buildings in northwest Austin's Research Park Plaza, we worked with clients Spear Street Capital and HPI to reposition and rebrand the twin buildings. In addition to creating a new project identity and brand vocabulary, we handled the development of new leasing collateral and a bold exterior and interior signage package.

Exterior Signage

We developed a geometric vocabulary to differentiate Spear Street's structures from the competing buildings in the Research Park Plaza development. A colorful structural gesture at the buildings' entry takes advantage of the highly trafficked highway frontage to showcase the property and its tenants to thousands of drivers each day.

Signage elements at secondary access points clearly delineate the buildings from surrounding properties. We also applied the new graphic vocabulary to the project's parking structure, interior signage, and digital directory.
