Windsor Commons is a residential development set in Austin’s leafy Windsor Park neighborhood — a community of midcentury homes and peaceful streets made for strolling with neighbors and friends. We shaped this brand to draw on the area’s unpretentious style, striking a balance between the new and the familiar.

Totally charmed
While exploring directions for the project’s identity, we came across a 1955 flyer advertising the “all new” homes in the Windsor Park neighborhood and were struck by its personality. Weaving together past and present, we let vintage elements mingle with more refined cues drawn from the project’s interiors. The result feels put-together and quite sunny — a visual representation of the “nice and neighborly” tagline.

A natural fit
The sign package was designed to integrate seamlessly with the architecture and interiors, from the golden wood tones to the curves of passageways and soft lines of the furniture. This also included parking signage to help residents and visitors find their way through shared spaces without fuss.

Local color
There's so much to see, do, and taste right around the corner from Windsor Commons. So we commissioned photographer Mackenzie Smith to highlight some go-to spots in her vibrant style.

A mood-lifting moment
A large-scale illustration screens the parking garage, turning a blank space into a welcoming gesture — something cheerful for neighbors to enjoy and a warm hello for residents coming home.
